1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 88kx at any given time. Duplicate accounts, multi-accounting, or the use of another person's account is strictly prohibited. During registration and at any point thereafter, 88kx reserves the right to request identity verification documents in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) process:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
